    Thanks for your critical thoughts on Ross Eisenbrey’s last article.

    Very good for thoughts. On the last argument used by Ross – the fact that highly-skilled workers will lower native’s degree of education – I don’t see this either making real sense.
    First because, highly-skilled workers value education and it is likely that they will invest in more degree and getting more qualified to be more competitive.
    I can see his argument working for the low-skilled workers job market. For unskilled workers, the salary is most often the only asset on the negotiation table. The dynamics on the low-skill job market is competition on who’s the cheapest while the high-skill job market is run more on experience, degrees, position’s hold and assets – or so I believe.
    Secondly, the highly skilled worker coming over, because he has invested money in education won’t hold too long on a salary that does not align with its degrees…
