Jason Brennan (website, Wikipedia) is an academic working at the intersection of economics, philosophy (moral and political) and public policy. He identifies as a bleeding-heart libertarian and is one of the authors at the Bleeding Heart Libertarians blog. Brennan is one of the main proponents of the bleeding-heart libertarian case for open borders.
